A: Are your products authentic?

Q: Yes, of course.  We only sell 100% genuine and authentic products.  We source our products directly from the manufacturer or official retailers.

Q: How to check expiration date?

A: Most of the Korean skin care products are marked with "production date" instead of "expiration date".  In general, if not otherwise specified, unopened Asian skin care products can last up to 3 years from the date of manufacture.  You may also see a some products printed with an open container logo marked with "--M", which means the time frame the product should be used after it is opened.

* If you see "제조" on the product, it means "produced". 

Q: Why the color of the actual product is different than it appears on the website?

A; We try our best to capture the actual color of each of our product photo, but different monitors or display screens may show a slightly different result. We cannot guarantee that the exact same match of color from the website and the actual products.  Please contact us if you need help in picking a color that fits you.

Q: Are all products suitable for me?

A: Everyone has a different skin type and may react to different ingredients differently.  We try our best to list all the ingredients for each product on our website according to the product label. Please check the product ingredients if you are allergic or sensitive to certain ingredients before making a purchase.  Before using any new product, please test a small patch on skin and wait for 10-15 minutes before full application. Please stop using the product immediately in case irritation occur and consult a medical physician.
